
Grzegorz Borkowski
Born in Poland in 1985, I am a programmer, graphic designer, game designer, and DTP specialist. As the founder of Gear-Studio in 2003, I have created numerous projects, including:
- Almora Online
- Almora Darkosen
- Alien Territory
- Tupek
- Ralph Jump (commercial commission)
- Seagull Bird Revenge
- Flying Cube
- …and many more prototypes.
For a decade, I have single-handedly developed Almora Darkosen for mobile devices, the most ambitious project in Gear-Studio’s history. Future plans include expanding Almora Darkosen with online co-op, continuing development on Tupek (Tamagotchi), and evolving Alien Territory into a multiplayer action game.
For nearly 20 years, all projects have been created using GameMaker Studio and its associated Game Maker Language (GML), spanning GM7, GM8, GMS 1.4, GMS 2.3 (https://gamemaker.io).
In addition, I create various scripts (JavaScript) for graphic programs (e.g. Adobe) to create automation for my DTP work or useful tools for creating games.
